Bizfinity™ Announces Release of Source Code to Qualified Third Parties

NEW YORK , New York – October 2005 – Bizfinity™, Inc., developer of the fully-hosted, Web-based e-commerce and e-business system for small businesses has made the entire Bizfinity code base available to third party licensees.

This is a massive business opportunity for the right organization:

Bizfinity's e-business platform offers a huge range of integrated features, was developed over several years at a cost of many millions of dollars, and has been thoroughly tested in the field by hundreds of customers and in partnership with IBM and Citibank.

Bizfinity's software is no longer on the market, and will no longer be sold direct. We are looking for one or more licensees/distributors in the US and other markets.

Bizfinity was ahead of its time in many ways. We believe that the e-commerce market is now ready for the combined sophistication and ease-of-use of a fully integrated system that offers much more than just a shopping cart.

If you are interested in taking on the development and distribution of the Bizfinity platform - at a regional/market level - or nationally or internationally - please note that you will need to be able to commit at least the following resources:

- One or more developers skilled in Java, 4th Dimension and Oracle;
- Sales and marketing - ideally through an existing sales team or distribution channels, and ideally to identified market verticals;
- A negotiable license fee.

Please note that:

- The code base will need some development to bring it up-to-date with the latest versions of Java, 4th Dimension, Oracle;
- Development and marketing support are not available from Bizfinity; support for the code base is available through a third party software consultancy run by Bizfinity's ex VP of Engineering.
