Bizfinity allows you to configure the level of access you wish to provide to each of the members of your staff according to your needs. With Bizfinity, you retain complete control over who can and cannot access your business information. You can give certain employees access to the entire system, while granting other employees access to only part of the system.

You have total control over all user passwords, and you can lock out any user at any time and change any passwords at will. Your customers never see your back-end information under any circumstances.

To ensure that your data will always be there when you need it, we are constantly backing up your data. We have systems in place which mean should one of our servers fail, another one steps in immediately, protecting your data all the time. We also make several separate "cold" backups daily to make certain we are keeping your information as safe as possible, and we keep archives on digital tape in a separate secure facility. Of course, you will be able to make your own backups to store on your local hard drive, CD, or tape drive. Should you ever decide to close your account, Bizfinity will download all of your data for you to transfer to another system. All of our equipment is duplicated and we have more than one connection to the Internet backbone.

As with any mission critical system, we do recommend that you keep your own backups, which we will make available to you. We also recommend that, in a high-volume environment, you maintain a second connection to the Internet. These steps will help assure that your data is always secure and that your ability to access that data is never compromised.
