Our promise to Bizfinity’s customers doesn’t stop with technology. Every BizfinityPro user can expect to have friendly, capable people at the end of the phone, and consistently high standards of support from channel partners and Bizfinity alike. Implementation System Enhancements


Two fixed-rate implementation tracks* are available: Basic QuickStart or Premium QuickStart

Basic QuickStart
End-to-end setup package including planning, data import, Web site development, e-commerce catalog and checkout configuration; excludes training.

BizfinityPro Basic QuickStart is an inexpensive means to leverage our implementation methodology for accelerated deployment. You carry out the setup work under our guidance - we provide a clear implementation framework, and ongoing project management.

Following a review of your business processes and requirements conducted by phone with key members of your team, we will deliver a custom implementation plan with series of staged milestones, and provide you with a series of cheat sheets, data mapping and process mapping tools to speed.

Regular telephone meetings with members of the implementation team are designed to keep the process on tap, and a dedicated team member is available to handle questions and manage special System Enhancement or Custom Addition requests with our engineering and product teams.

Premium QuickStart
For ‘full service’ implementation, Premium QuickStart brings about everything you need to get started. As with the Basic Plan, we will conduct a preliminary review. However, as well as the implementation plan and project management framework, Bizfinity’s personnel will do the heavy lifting – we will set up your accounts and import your data using Oracle tools developed by our engineers but not available through the standard interface, while assuring the absolute confidentiality and security of your data.

Depending on the Suite you have chosen, services covered may include:

Chart of Accounts set up with advice on improvements as appropriate, import and enter the data required for inventory, AR, AP and GL opening balances by an expert in our system

Web Site and Web Store development (excludes design) and configuration by our Web team

Import and setup of items, customers, vendors, discounts, sales orders, purchase orders*


Custom Developments
You may also commission features to be developed for a custom requirement – features which are not currently part of our product plan and are needed in a hurry, or are designed for a particular industry or for your specific needs. Quality Assurance, builds to test and production rigs, and all bug fixes for custom work are generally provided free-of-charge. Please contact us for rates and more information.

System Enhancements
In special cases Bizfinity may agree to develop features it considers ‘generic’ and appropriate to other Bizfinity users’ needs at a significantly discounted rate, or at no cost. Bizfinity will investigate your specific requirements and seek outline commentary on features to be added; you should not expect such features to be added as ‘custom’ developments, or to have editorial control over such changes.
