How do I set up credit card processing?
BizfinityPro has formed partnerships with CardService International and VeriSign. Credit Card Manager is included with every BizfinityPro Suite to provide support for credit card processing. To process credit cards through your Web store, you will need to apply for a CardService or VeriSign Internet Merchant Account.

How many users do I get for the BizfinityPro system itself, and how many for the Web site and store?
Your system can have many users registered. Some users may be administrators or ‘super-users’ who have access to everything, and can set acces privileges for others - usually there is at least one, unless this is a role taken on by your Web developer or channel partner. User pricing is per concurrent user. A standard system comes with 2 users, and a system under Silver SLA is supplied with 5 users as standard. Extra users can be added in groups of 5.
There is no limit to the number of visitors to your Web site and store – unless you have large traffic volumes which breach the bandwidth allocated to you..

What does it cost to add another Web site to the same BizfinityPro back end?
Each additional web site attached to the same account costs $200 per month. Extra web sites are available in blocks of 5. Web sites can share the same products so you don’t have to update the information separately – or each web site can have different products, or just share some items with other sites.

What type of a multiple-year price guarantee will you offer for both purchased and available services?
We offer multi-year contracts, which include a price guarantee. If you wish to sign up for a 24- or 36-month or longer contract you will be guaranteed fixed pricing for that entire period.

What is the scope, location, time, etc. of training?
Training is charged separately and generally takes place after the system is set up and approved by you. The initial training lasts 1/2 day and is conducted by a Bizfinity Channel Partner (generally on-site or at their premises) or by Bizfinity (generally using a WebEx conference). See Training for more information. Also, you may decide to visit us in CA for certain developer training sessions we host from time to time.
